FT Consulting is glad to be involved in the WIPO Intellectual Property Management Clinic (IPMC) for Laotian enterprises held in Vientiane, Lao PDR, from March 11-15, 2024.
The five-day event is organised by the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO Singapore Office (WSO) and the IP for Business Division, WIPO, in collaboration with the Department of Intellectual Property, Lao PDR, the ASEAN Business Advisory Council, the ASEAN Secretariat, and with the assistance of the Japan Patent Office.
The digital age demands a global mindset in business, and we are proud to have supported 30 Laotian SMEs across various sectors, including food and beverages, education, music, arts and crafts, in developing robust IP and branding strategies aligned with their business objectives.
During the in-person mentoring sessions, our CEO Winston Chan and Director Serena Chan, alongside other esteemed organisations like CHP Law LLC and LAO Interconsult, provided invaluable guidance on IP strategy development and brand narrative integration. Over a course of four months, we will journey with these enterprises to navigate the complexities of the digital economy confidently.
